Hi, I’m Jacob Duncan
Classical, jazz, rock, and country music instructor and performer
Jacob Duncan graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in the spring of 2013 with his Bachelor’s Degree in Music for Guitar Performance, and has been teaching music since March of 2011. He offers private instruction for guitar, bass, piano, banjo, ukulele, voice, mandolin, music theory, and composition. He has helped students of all ages and ability levels succeed in expressing themselves through music.
He has studied under various music instructors including Hadley Heavin, Dr. David Low, Glen Smith, and Ricardo Izanola. Jacob also performs in various ensembles and solo endeavors in the Omaha area. Some of his current and previous music endeavors include singer/guitarist/bassist for The Album Party, bassist for Robo Dojo, guitarist/singer/songwriter for Peach Paw, and singer/guitarist/songwriter for his own solo career, including classical solo and jazz guitar.
